Huge goals feel inspiring until a few weeks after. For me this is mostly because, I set goals, that seem to big to achieve and then I simply forget about them or life gets in its way. The day I fiexed this was, when I started breaking each goal into concrete steps you can actually do this week, then showing up for them one at a time.

Yearly resolutions collapse because they are too far away and too vague. A monthly review rhythm (what worked, what stalled, what to focus on next) keeps goals honest, flexible, and actually finishable.

Setting goals feels inpsiring and bold. But when you look back at the year and realise that not all of them were completed goals can also quickly become a burden.
